Juvenal Sansó completed Tide of Fortune, a monumental acrylic mural, in 2007. Measuring 6.5 by 2.5 meters, it stands as his largest artwork to date. In this piece, Sansó showcases his signature style, using surreal landscapes and evocative
imagery to capture emotion and movement. Through an expansive seascape, he reflects on the ebb and flow of life’s fortunes, symbolizing the ever-changing tides of destiny. With this mural, Sansó not only celebrates personal bonds
but also honors the resilience and aspirations of the Filipino people. It is known to be prominently displayed here in the main lobby of the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Philippines.
