SMX Manila

SMX Manila also offers 2 lobby areas with free Wi-Fi, furnished with concierge counters, plasma television monitors for event announcements, and, in the first-floor lobby, a VIP/press room, a coffee and other commercial shops, and a drop-off area. There are executive lounges and a pedestrian bridge to the Mall of Asia and Conrad Manila. Along with substantial area for both covered and outdoor parking, valet services are available.

Halls

SMX Manila’s 4 purpose-built halls have a total floor area of 9,130 square meters, with a ceiling clearance of 9 meters and floor load capacity of 250 pounds per square foot, accommodating a wide range of diverse requirements, from multi-level booths to heavy machinery displays.

Function Rooms

Anywhere from 200 to 8,200 guests may be seated in the 5 second-floor function rooms, which can be combined into a floor area of up to 7,100 square meters for corporate affairs, graduation ceremonies, product launches, and large-scale social events. Fully-carpeted and outfitted with colorful LED lights to add a touch of prestige to any gathering, the rooms have a ceiling clearance of 5.5 meters and floor load capacity of 100 pounds per square foot.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms can host just a few select delegates or, when combined and customized to preferences, up to 300 attendees, perfect for small-scale corporate and social functions, company board meetings, training seminars, and also as break-out rooms for plenary sessions in the convention center’s larger spaces. SMX Manila also offers a Theater Room on the second level of the facility, for gatherings that require elevated seating.
